A few days ago at a secondhand store I found an old Dell 1900FP 19" 5:4 monitor for $6, I picked it up and it's now serving as my second monitor, it's fantastic for 4:3 content! Also I set up an Internet Explorer 8 skin for Firefox and it looks very cool.

I finally got Steam to skin properly, it's a 2013 skin specifically, I think it looks great. I also found an application to replicate the XP Volume Slider.
